Dispatch conditions
Deliveries are made within Germany and in the following countries: Österreich, Europäische Länder, Norwegen, Lichtenstein.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product weight):
Warenwert bis 34,99 = 4,50 €
From a order value of 35.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a lump sum shipping cost for deliveries to foreign countries as follows:
Österreich: 9,90 Euro
sonstige EU Staaten: 19,90 Euro
Lichtenstein: 29,00 Euro
Norwegen: 29,00 Euro
Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 7 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
