The NR566BR is the successor to the extremely popular NR546BR!
With the NR566, the renowned hi-fi manufacturer Soundmaster has achieved a great success. The housing design of this all-rounder is reminiscent of radios from the 1930s and will make the heart of any nostalgia fan beat faster. But beneath the elegant wooden housing lies the latest hi-fi technology of the 21st century.
The NR566's integrated radio system supports modern DAB+ and FM-RDS stereo digital radio reception, allowing you to call up your favourite stations at the touch of a button using preset memory locations. A DAB+/ FM aerial is included in the scope of delivery.
And the existing 75-ohm aerial connection also enables direct connection to the house aerial, and therefore the best possible coverage with the radio signal.
The playback quality of the integrated stereo loudspeaker system with 2 x 4 watts RMS is convincing across the board and is also completely sufficient for sound reinforcement in larger living rooms. An equaliser is available for fine-tuning, which you can use to influence the frequency bands and thus the sound characteristics.
Of course, a nostalgic device should not be without the integrated record player on the upper side of the housing, which works on the NR566 at either 33/45 or 78 revolutions per minute. The magnetic pick-up system - from the world-famous microphone and studio equipment manufacturer Audio Technica - performs excellently and accurately reproduces even the finest sound details and colourations, which makes all the difference, especially with classical music.
The CD player integrated into the front panel supports CD, CD-R/RW and the space-saving CD-MP3 audio format.
The encoder or digitiser enables recordings and recordings to be made from vinyl, CD, radio, cassette or Bluetooth on the USB port.
The track separation function ensures that you do not create a large music file when recording, but can actually separate the music tracks from each other, just like a purchased CD. Extremely practical!
Other features naturally include a USB port, a 3.5 mm headphone connection, a line-out RCA connection, an integrated cassette deck on the side and a beautifully designed and clearly laid out remote control with which you can control this nostalgic yet modern hi-fi device. Thanks to Bluetooth streaming, you can connect the hi-fi device to other digital devices, such as your smartphone or tablet.
The device is available with a brown (NR566BR) and beige accent colour (NR566BE) for the front of the housing and speaker side panels.
Order at the same time: The NR series devices are available with the matching SF510 wooden base frame with storage compartments for your vinyl treasures!
